I Need Some Advice Please

No , your are not going to be stupid, just human, my best advice it will be to let him go, but feelings are the problem.....you should confront him (nicely, of course) and be honest with him and try to be sure that he is also....you must think in your future, you are young and i am sure you will find some one better..it is just my opinion but in this case do not follow your hart but your mind..

Is it really posibble to ever trust again after your heart is broken into pieces?

Answering the question above, i should say yes, but it is not going to be easy, first the hart must be healed.
Noe answering your question, in my opinion of course, you should search in your hart the reason why you still are with him, then you must use your brain to see if it is worthy.
